Yetter Inspection Services, formerly Estate Construction Services, is primarily a Home Inspection company.
Our building inspector has performed building inspections of homes, condo’s, and apartment building’s for more than 25 years. Her experience and background ranges from architectural drafting of new homes and small room additions and remodels, to general contracting, and project management.
Our inspection is a general over view of a home, which includes an inspection of the foundation, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, roof and the inside of the home. This inspection will provide you with the information you need to make an educated decision about the house you are considering to buy.
Our inspector also offers her services to help obtain permits for un-permitted square footage in your home, a good way to get added value when you sell your house, and help coordinate the meetings with the building inspectors.
